Find the evaluation type that works for you.

  • Best for: Adults (18+) who have long suspected they have ADHD and are seeking a formal diagnosis.

    • What it is: A targeted diagnostic process designed to identify the presence of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. This evaluation focuses on your current symptoms, developmental history, and functional impairment.

    • What’s included: A comprehensive clinical interview and developmental history.

      • Standardized ADHD-specific rating scales and behavioral inventories.

      • A formal diagnostic report confirming (or ruling out) ADHD.

"I think I have ADHD and I need a formal diagnosis to start treatment." This focuses strictly on the presence of ADHD symptoms and their impact on your daily life.

  • Best for: Individuals with a "cloudy" clinical picture. If you have been previously diagnosed with anxiety, depression, or PTSD—but feel that ADHD is the "missing piece"—this deeper dive helps disentangle overlapping symptoms to ensure you get the correct treatment.

    • What it is: An expanded evaluation that goes beyond the ADHD-only framework. We look at the "whole person" to determine if symptoms are being driven by ADHD, another mental health condition, or a combination of both (comorbidity).

    • What’s included: * Everything in the Focused Evaluation.

      • Additional testing modules for mood, anxiety, and personality/processing styles.

      • Differential diagnosis to distinguish between ADHD and "look-alike" conditions (like burnout or chronic anxiety).

      • A robust, multi-page psychological report with detailed treatment recommendations for both you and your providers.

      • Includes a dedicated 30-minute feedback session to review the differential diagnosis and tailored treatment plan.

"I’ve been treated for other things, but nothing feels quite right. I need to know what’s actually going on." This is a "deep dive." We look at the interplay between ADHD and other conditions like anxiety or PTSD. You get more of my clinical time, more testing data, and a dedicated session to review the results in detail.

Transparent Flat-Rate Pricing

Both types of ADHD evaluations are offered at a transparent, flat rate. This all-inclusive fee covers the clinical interview, objective data analysis, customized report generation, and feedback session. Please visit our Main Fees page for current baseline rates and payment policies.

Telehealth & Out-of-Network Outlets

All testing is conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Thanks to PSYPACT interjurisdictional authorization, evaluations are fully available to clients residing across multiple states. While we operate on a private-pay basis, a detailed clinical superbill can be provided for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

What a Diagnosis Unlocks

  • Official Accommodations

A formal diagnostic report provides the precise clinical documentation required by human resource departments, higher education institutions, and standardized testing boards to verify a protected disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This documentation is necessary to establish eligibility for structural workplace adjustments, modified scheduling, or academic accommodations—such as extended testing time or reduced-distraction environments—on professional licensing examinations (including the MCAT, LSAT, GRE, or board exams).

  • Targeted Strategies

Rather than relying on generalized advice, an evaluation identifies your specific cognitive processing patterns, noting distinct variations in working memory, processing speed, or executive functioning. Pinpointing these exact bottlenecks allows you to develop structured, evidence-based behavioral strategies. This objective data provides a clear framework you can utilize independently or collaborate on with therapists, executive coaches, or professional organizers to manage daily operational demands.

  • Clinical & Medical Precision

An accurate diagnostic anchor eliminates clinical guesswork for your entire care team. Providing a comprehensive psychological report to your treating physician, psychiatrist, or medical providers delivers the objective validation they require to safely tailor your care. Whether you are exploring pharmacological options or specialized neurodivergent-affirming therapeutic modalities, this data ensures your treatment addresses the underlying cognitive profile rather than just surface-level behavioral outcomes.
